I think it would be fair for Beyonce to cite Kerli as inspiration. Music and fashion wise.

She is always pressed at Gaga, I mean Gaga made theatrical performances and songs mainstream not her, I doubt Gaga knows her existence before, I mean everything Kerli wears she took it from Japan fashion and anime, Gaga at least made it in her own way, I think Gaga is influenced by anime not her, but Kerli can keeps thinking Gaga copied her if that makes her happy.

Beyoncé doesn't know what a Kerli is, she simply worked with the same designer and a simple google search would show you that this is his aesthetic. I won't comment on the trolling with the XO comparison.
