-Ticket grosses make PH money
-Fans will come to Vegas to see Britney and will need a place to stay - PH makes money
-Fans will need food and will eat in the restaurants in partnership with PH - PH makes money
-Fans may gamble/go to other entertainment events associated with PH - PH makes money
