Right now I'm thinking it's a cleverly constructed image made to vacillate between white/blue depending on your lighting conditions. It's a (probably purposely) poorly exposed and white-balanced image, which gives it the ability to "change" colors depending on the lighting situation you're in. I've gotten it to "change" colors by looking at something else for awhile and then coming back to it after my eyes have adjusted to something else. For me it literally changed within seconds. I looked at it on Buzzfeed and it was white.
Scrolled down and back up it changed to black and blue. Unless my eyes changed the way their were perceiving color in those few seconds, somethings going on here
I knew y'all would get this **** shut down
