I think the camera panned to Rebecca's body to show that Frank indeed killer her but Annalise didn't see, I don't think she'll find out but that was for US THE VIEWERS to see and not Annalise if that makes sense

We only know Frank killed Lila, but it seemed obvious that he would have killed Rebecca but that's why he denied it off the bat. We'll spend the next season wondering who killed Rebecca

Wait, I just read a finale review on TVLine and it mentioned that Annalise nor Frank know who killed Rebecca and based on their dialogue they think one another did it.
