The different between Duff and Aguilera, Best Of wise, is that Hilary was never as successful [or big charts wish] as Christina [I love Hilary but that's a fact...], so no one expected her to sell millions of this Best Of, esp' considering the fact she released a studio album like a year before it and the first single didn't get a full release nor did it was successful.
Christina on the other hand, have had major hits, promoted her Best Of with performances of her single, which got a full release and did great and lets not forget she haven't had a new album since B2B.
With all that being said, you can all laugh @ her as hard as you want but Hilary is really successful considering her Genre, so Dignity didn't do so well, it's not like everyone is selling millions now days...Fact is, she sold something around 10m WW and that's something not alot of artists do.
