How do you eat a person? Do you just dig in or what?

Do you eat the skin? The muscle? Random organs? Are you suppose to eat it raw? What about blood? All my friends are gay. I'm going ingesting their bodily fluids. That's like diving in to a needle bin outside of a homeless shelter. Not going to happen
