I'm not saying Em hasn't done well, I think Bey's last album was more of an event in music than anything Em has put out in this decade so far besides maybe Relapse(which wasn't even that great for him).

That a fact Bey's last album was a bigger event than his, I think you meant Recovery instead of Relapse.
Still they're going down as the biggest of our generation meaning the new century, clearly they have a different career direction, Bey dropped her best album last year, Em 15 years ago etc.
