The next two Olympic Summer Games are going to be held in Brazil and Japan. Both are not even European countries. Brazil is as mixed as you could get and Japan is obviously an asian country.

The IOC just recently changed its polices of electing host cities to include if the country has laws that discriminate. They made the change after the backlash they endured during Sochi.

Though it seems a lot of western countries aren't willing to foot the bill that comes with hosting the olympics anymore.
