Taylor is American, so it seems likely she will do the SB at one point, but she doesn't need to do it now. She is already consistently the biggest selling act in America, excluding Adele's 21. She doesn't need the boost to sell her music, when she is already outselling everyone else by 2 to 1 or more. Taylor has plenty of time in her career to do the SB. Unlike Katy, her albums are not declining sharply in sales in the US.
Congrats to Katy for getting the SB gig, but Taylor's career is booming without it.
