Difference between ARTPOP and this single is that with ARTPOP, Gaga was acting like she was gonna shift the landscape of music. This is just ONE track off of R8 and from what we know, there will be tons of pop and urban music by the continual leaking of producers she's working with. It's two totally different occurrences.
