There are plenty - in the paper's characteristic scurrilous vein - of Muslim extremists. In one cartoon, two terrorists are seen ascending to heaven and asking: "Where are the 70 virgins?" In the background, the murdered staff at Charlie Hebdo are enjoying an orgy.

We already knew this. They knew the brothers had undergone training in Yemen, and the ISIS radio station that they listen to in Syria addressed the attack they day it happened, but referred to the perpetrators as "jihadis" or something, but not as "martyrs." I can't remember what the actual words were, but basically they were saying "they've executed sinners against Mohammed and that's honorable" but didn't glorify them or worship them because they were fighters for another extremist organisation. Apparently ISIS' choice of words on the radio broadcast made it clear they weren't fighting for ISIS. And it was only a flyaway piece of news on the radio show. They didn't talk about it for more than 20 seconds or so.

It's freaky that it's officially become more organised though. It doesn't matter which organisation it is, the fact that it's coming from "upper management" (for lack of a better term) is ****ing scary. It's not a lone-wolf or a crazed, deranged terrorist sympathiser. It's an actual organisation now.
