Since its already December we should make a Top 5 list of best horror movies of the year

I've come to the conclusion that The Babadook is my favorite horror movie of the year and one of my all time favorites. After doing some research about theories, themes and explainations I am so in love with this film. If I needed to list all of the things I love about it, it would be a really long list.

I've only ever seen pics/gifs of it on tumblr and it looks so ****ed up and disturbing

I loved it. One of my favourite movies of the year, and the ending still haunts me. I wouldn't consider it a horror movie though and it's not scary aside from one scene

I'm looking at a part of it on youtube and sorry I did not sign up for this

I'm going to watch exists tomorrow, it's been getting great reviews from like everyone!

Babadook was awesome, especially if you're into alternative, experimental and meaningful horror.

Omfg, Begotten

You CANT be serious. It was seriously one of the worst movies i have ever seen. The story was predictable and very much alike to what we have seen before plenty of times.
The acting was atrocious.Like, ATROCIOUS. The writing was a damn mess. i was seriously going WTF with those idiotic dialogues.

I swear i DIED when the ''priest'' turn the exorcism into a BOP. Like, he started singing it and ****

I just finished it. It was mediocre at best. Nothing special, nothing great.

Also, belt a bit too short, and not scary at all. The fact that i find Bigfoot a funny figure, kind of ruined it for me.

The dog's death ruined that entire movie for me.

finally REC 4: Apocalypse on dvd/blu-ray

I saw a movie on Netflix awhile ago that was a horror movie that was basically the Jonestown mass suicide. I don't remember what it was called, but it was really good. It might bore a lot of people, but it was shot like a documentary and I love documentaries so I loved it a lot.

The Sacrament. And yeah, I liked that too. Also nice change of pace to see
people actually survive a found footage film

I've been slowly suffering thr- I mean, watching the Hellraiser movies. What happened!? 1-3 were so good and then

The Sacrament sucked, it was so disappointing for me. Very anticlimactic. I get what they were going for and that it wasn't necessarily supposed to follow a typical horror movie formula but still.

Omg downloading REC 4 rn

The Pyramid was a mess. Probably worse acting than that 3rd IKWYDLS sequel. I wanted everyone to die immediately so I could leave.

And they relied heavily on the half sphynx/half man for the scares. Not scary but it was loud as FU*K when it screamed, barked whatever.
