Already said that she lost me there when she said that. Said it immediately after seeing that tweet.
But everything else she said was 100% accurate and I still respect her for voicing her opinion there.
While I do agree that ISIS is an incredibly significant threat (I wrote a paper about it), I do believe that they could do damage to them financially and through their social media accounts (which is their main strength).
