They definitely can, artists perform at Soldier Field in Chicago all of the time.

Well DWT was packed regardless of it selling out the day of. Part of it is that people don't want to pay high prices for ****** seats and wait until the last minute. I don't know if she could do 40k, but the United Center holds 20k. I think she could def do two Chicago dates with promotion and a good opening act.
