I wouldn't say she wrote most of the song, based on the lyrics we have and this snippet.

She did three songs with David Guetta: one about gay marriage that will be on her album, Yesterday (the track before Hey Mama on Listen), and Hey Mama. Hey Mama seems like it was originally a different song and Nicki and Ester teamed up together to re-write the verses and the bridge. TBH, the first two verses and the bridge are very Ester and (from what've heard) the third verse is very Nicki.
