Hopefully I'm underestimating directioners but as of now the album has no single to it's favor like TMH and mm did.
Live While We're Young had one good week of sales but was otherwise dead in the water on radio and itunes by the time TMH came out and Story of My Life didn't properly blow up on radio until after MM came out. They've never sold albums in the US on the back of big hit singles.

TMH literally rode off the success of wmyb and OT in the states.
SOML didn't really do anything for their album sales tbh and it became a hit AFTER the album was released
however MM and TMH had a lot more hype being built up, TMH was right after their debut and MM was after their movie and everything else
I see 375-400k which is still good
edit: also this forecast im pretty sure is from a couple months ago from their label so it probably has changed since then
