I also want to point out that, overall, the Swities and Army have been very civil throughout this whole ordeal, which is not something that most fanbases can say in situations like this.

As someone who actually did come of age during the 90's no one outside of the tween demographic used Britney or cared about her manufactured Janet Jackson image. Pretty much equivalent to One Direction today. I can totally see Directioners 15 years from now acting like 1D was as big as the Beatles too
