Her writing is nothing compared to Lorde's. Hearing her speak about her writing process and explain all the metaphors she uses and the stories she tells is so inspiring, she seems otherworldly at times. Taylor's writing is elementary in its most basic sense. Like she's describing feelings and events in the most simple way it's disappointing to see her praised like that.
Let's be real, Taylor's writing is only praised because everyone else's is crap.
