1998-2003 Christina = LOVE.

At that time, I was a BIG fan. I went to her concert, had posters of her on my bedroom wall and even used to say that she was way better than Britney and all.

Now she kinda makes me wanna puke.

Well, I didn't have posters or anything, but back then she was adorable. Now, I don't know what happened. She's sort of bland and awkward.

And when I look over at the petite singer beside me taking in the petite singer onstage, I realize something. Maybe it’s the distorting proximity to stardom, maybe it’s the neuron-addling Cristal, but for a moment the idea seems perfectly plausible. A giant talent in a tiny body. A ﬂair for the brash and theatrical. A ﬂagrant lewdness that’s part of the art.

Im not just saying this because I dislike Christina but thats insulting to Prince.* I havent came across any other major artist that writes their music, performs much of the musical instruments, composes the songs and produces. Homeboy is the ****ing musical Messiah!

The only similarity is that Prince was always (unfairly) over-looked for Michael Jackson and now Christina is over-shadowed by Britney Spears. Their musical styles/talents are totally different, their careers are perhaps similar.

*Im an insane Prince fanboy. He is better than Elvis, Michael Jackson, Shontelle and anyone you can think of! (even Britney cant compare!)
