Kesha's mom sent Dr. Luke's lawyer an email a year ago ... alleging Luke raped her daughter -- but there's a distinct smell of extortion.
In the email -- obtained by TMZ -- Pebe Sebert complains that Luke screwed her out of music publishing rights connected to her daughter. She then says,
"We, me and Kesha and her friends, like Lady Gaga, are going to make all of this Really PUBLIC, in the next few days. Luke date raped Kesha when she was 18. Nicky Hilton's birthday? Paris Hilton's house? Luke gave Kesha pills. She ended up naked in his hotel room 2 days later. No longer a virgin?"
"Do we all want this to come out? Either Luke releases Kesha from all legal contracts, and gives me back all my publishing, or we, Kesha and I, tell the truth."
omg, was this all just a fabrication for more publishing money and an end to her contract? I'm shocked.. No mother would keep 'quiet' on something like this for so long and allow it to continue happening as long as she gets her publishing money.
Not Paris Hilton's name being brought into this and wow Kesha's mom is a bit messy. With or without the rights she should have been fighting to get her out of the contract.

I agree completely. He's a powerful guy with tons of money and contacts. I'm supporting her completely in this.
The conversation still shouldn't be on extortion though. Conversation should be on the fact that evidence here is piling up that this guy is a monster.
Kesha's mom knows that Gaga is powerful. If Kesha and Gags hung out sometime the last few years or talked etc. (let alone we already know about Gaga sending her animal crackers etc.) she probably uses her name to threaten him idk.. I would too, tbh.
Edit: and you need to change the title to "Email from Kesha's mom to Dr Luke leaks, GAGA involved"
Also, since Luke has yet to really say anything about it. It makes it seem fishy, tbh. Like he is still deciding and calculating what to say to get out of it. If he didn't do it, why hasn't he said anything yet?
