They tried to benefit from the Conjuring's success but they reallu failed at it. The conjuring wasn't the scariest movie but the movie was GOOD. It had a good storyline as well and hell the Annabelle intro from the conjuring was way better than the actual Annabelle movie

Nobody expected The Conjuring to be original. It was a straight up haunted house story. But it was superbly made and delivered the jolts. But what really put it above the usual horror flick was its superb lead actors. Vera Farmiga is always awesome and Patrick wilson is brilliant and incredibly sexy. They made the film classy.

I'm not fussed about seeing Annabelle. Ill wait for a HD download.

I saw Annabelle last week. There were a few scary scenes I liked, but that's about it. I expected more

I wanted to walk out but I went to the latest one, so there was nothing else I could sneak into. And I paid too much to just leave.

Seems to be about the same as the original, so they'll have to deliver again with the script and delivery. But like Rentboy said, Vera is AMAZING and Patrick does pretty good in thrillers. Y'all should watch him in Little Children with Kate Winslet. Not scary or anything like that, but it's great.

It won't be out until October 25th tho. They really benefit from having a Summer horror hit. But Insidious 3 is out in May, so they probably didn't want back to back - though it'd make more sense profit wise. IDK how it'll do in the actual Halloween season.

I just watched Wrong Turn 6 and it had so much potential however it falls flat.

The ending is really bad and you can tell it was rushed, the main action happens in the last 20 minutes.

Terrible.
