the monsters aren't good at defending their fave. they can spin artpop and gags as being more successful than bey if they really tried. they can say applause was a bigger hit than drunk in love, dwuw was a bigger hit than xo, dope went top 10 due to streaming while partition only got top 20 and guy at least charted compared to pretty hurts which didn't, and that beyonce and 4 both sold 3 million each this decade while btw sold double that.
