Spit Eating is a method that people use to try to lose weight, by chewing their food and then spitting it out. However it causes them to gain instead of lose, and can cause many health problems.
Why would I try this ? I dont suffer from eating-disorder. But these people are pretty inventive how to make their body to believe they have just eaten.
1. Bloating, but that goes away
2. Your body goes into starvation mode, slowing down metabolism and absorbing as much fat as possible. When you finally start eating again, you'll be worse than when you started.
I have absolutely no self control & it'd feel unsatisfying to have to spit it out after, so that doesn't work for me. I just have to go all out and not eat for the day.
