If that's the case then Britney has been local since her comeback (with the exception of Womanizer and the will.i.am song). Songs like Circus, 3, Hold it against me, Till the world ends and I Wanna Go were hits mostly thanks to the US. They flopped in most countries outside the US and Europe hasn't really used her after the In The Zone era.
