I think in Taylor's lull period this week, she must have filmed that Voice segment and is now in Europe ready to perform in Germany tomorrow. While she is in Europe she will undoubtedly do some other promo such as interviews. Hopefully she will appear on UK TV.

It says on my iTunes 1989 will be released on 28th, so we'll probably get the album the same time as the album is released in the US.
