Literally only like Treasure and Beauty and a Beat were generic from the guys last year. And of course Daylight/Love Somebody. and Best Song Ever. Otherwise, the males made 2013 great. 2014 has been terrible and song like Break Free ain't changing that.

I think Meghan might do 300k by the end of the tracking week. Has she performed the song on Ellen yet? Ellen always supports new acts but it looks like Meghan's label is lazy, not doing anything to give the song some extra boost.

SIO is benefitting from VMA promo this week. Roar likewise benefitted from its VMA promo in its third sales week, increasing to 400k++.

Rude is very much a completely summer-vibe song, so I'm not surprised at how it's fallen more than SWM going into the back-to-school/approaching fall time. I've always thought it would've been more appropriate for SWM to smash during the fall anyway.

Not sure what Sam should send to radio next. I don't like that he might send several piano ballads to radio in a row (honestly I'm incredibly sick of piano ballads on radio at the moment after AoM & SWM were played nonstop). Like I Can is great but a bit of a Rolling In the Deep/Next to Me-redux. I still want Money On My Mind re-released; it's done well on Spotify and is at least slightly uptempo.

I don't see it for that one on pop. I love the song, but honestly it would be kind of boring to hear it on the radio a lot. It's a song I really enjoy when I hear it every once in a while or when I'm listening to his album in full.

I agree, i was actually thinking they were going to send Money On My Mind to radios next. I guess we'll find out soon.
