I love Selena and feel that CAGI was a bonifide bop, but I can't help but fear for her now that Ari has cemented herself as a legit disney/nick pop girl. She can pull off the sexy urban latina look better, and her vocals make her a much better match for Demi and Miley.
I would say she can't because it's a Disney trinity, however, the way that she endorses Disney and the way Disney endorses her as if she was never on the rival network, I'll say she probably replaced Demi and not Selena.

She replaced Selena AND Demi. They haven't experienced the same kind of positive press and they didn't OWN a Summer season like Ariana just did.
Ariana Grande is somewhere between Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
Selena is Mandy Moore and Demi Lovato is lost somewhere between Jessica Simpson and Hoku.
Wasn't the disney girls trinity Miley, Hilary and Selena? I mean Hilary's debut (no i not counting the christmas one) sold more than all of Demi albums combined.
