Ariana was actually singing along though. People forget that SIO has only been out a few days, most people don't know the words except for maybe the chorus. Hardcore stans who have played it scores of times do know the words but most have yet to learn them.
Listened to the isolated vocals feed again.
She was off-key at the beginning and her voice was so breathy throughout the performances.
Understandable cause she's not a powerhouse vocalist so I didn't really expect her to wow me with her vocals.
That long note though, it was flat That's kinda embarrassing

Her next tv performance is iHeart. Hoping for less dancers, less choreo and more vocal power from her
so many layers to this production I keep discovering
