This may be true, but the thing is that there are only a few people with decent enough vocals. Ariana could do them well though, but I can't imagine anyone else unless they chose the easiest of her ballads. Plus what makes Beyonce's ballads great live is that she injects ad-libs and ups the vocal factor from the studio version, so in that sense they are harder songs to sing. Can you really imagine any of the pop girls singing Listen or Dangerously in Love?

I never said she was the only one, so I'm not really sure what you think I "tried." I gave the most likely reason why she did not perform for hers. When was the last time she even had a major solo performance at an awards show?
