My guesstimate on its points
Streaming: I think majority of the points are coming from the Spanish version
Radio Airplay: 67% from English, 33 % from Spanish
Sales: English is in the Top 40 in ITunes, Spanish version has managed to stay inside the Top 100 for a while. It might reenter again once the promo and buzz songs fall.
