I hate how litigious society has become, it's always someone's fault, someone's always liable
Obviously in this case, the stupid women was lucky to escape with 4 fingers but she shouldn't be suing for her own stupidity

How dumb do you have to be?

Losing a finger is a harsh punishment for stupidity but we've seen worse. Hopefully she loses and gets a bit of common sense in the process (one can always hope).
