But according to the vile clown the decade started with Genie In A Bottle so her so-called decade is invalid. And really, a Decade Of Hits shouldn't include Reflection as that was a bona fide flop.

I thought a "legitimate" decade was 10 years. 1999-2008 is ten years. Christina's first album was released in August of 1999. It is currently November of 2008. You do know that a "legitimate" decade will never have the same number at the end of the first and last year, right? Because that would be 11 years. Unless of course you consider the year 2000 to be part of the 1990's decade.
