I really wish Soundscan existed in the 80s.
Madonna would get caught on those fake ass Diamond certifications that disappeared right after Soundscan.
We'd know how much Thriller really sold.

It was more of a natural decline. She wasn't as big in the 90s as she was in the 80s.
