The Prism thread had three active reports. It's a clumsy way to handle so we just close the report threads and then manually close the thread. It was never "cleared."
Maybe it's easier to just put ''No Racial-Related Threads'' in the rules, saves y'all a lot of work

The mods probably don't land flamebait points to the member's inbox so he/she is still around, imo. They close the threads but the member is smart enough to make the OP look serious and thoughts requiring.
