Is impossible to just release on Spotify and get as much streams as the ones that have build up streams for weeks. When do they usually release tracks to Spotify.

It really depends upon the label. Some do it ASAP, whilst some wait until the release week (which is a terrible strategy).
If you are in the UK, change your computer settings to where it won't go to sleep and put the song on repeat on Spotify. This will help her tremendously with streams.

It only counts 10 streams per day per IP address, so you'd have to somehow set up a proxy to change it every ten plays
they should've put it up a week before and the #1 would've been so much easier to get against Rixton
