At least for a bit (well, Avengers 3). I think Falcon or Bucky will take over (hence them making Falcon Cap in the comic books right now). Same thing could happen with a female Thor (like the comic books). Seriously, it's the best place to look for what they're planning for the movies.

I believe it will be Bucky. The actor even signed a deal for twelve movies I believe. They should introduce Bucky as Cap in AV3 but I guess it could be Chris farewell alongside Robert.

My guess is that Cap 3 will set up Secret Avengers.
Iron Man will go away for a while, methinks. And that's quite okay.
