The Fame was certificated diamond in february 2010- which means 10M copies sold
TFM(EP) was named best selling album of 2010- 5M copies sold

Well if we're taking UWC (as most on ATRL do) it puts TFM at 7.5M up until the end of 2011. 16M is a good estimate for TF/TFM sales, shipments over 17M are most likely.
