I'm sorry but just because they hasn't happened yet it doesn't mean MTV can't use them.
Fifth Harmony actually has a single out right now called
BO$$ and it's pretty great. This single went top 10 on iTunes with no problem actually. Also their first EP debuted #6 on the Billboard 200 and #2 on iTunes album charts, which is pretty impressive for an act that was made in The X Factor US' 2nd season.
Austin Mahone released his second EP and had a cute semi-hit with
Mmm Yeah. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with first week sales of 46,000 copies. Also, he performed last year on VMA's red carpet.
Becky G has Shower and that's enough for them. Top 15 on iTunes right now while other major acts are struggling.
I don't see your point of MTV not using
actual stars when these stars in the making are doing better than most of the pop girls right now.
