Whenever an artist/iTunes makes a song available for download, everyone who has preordered the album will receive an automatic download of the song. Since the album has racked up over 115,000 preorders to date, it explains why they have such a huge lead at the moment. Essentially, all of those 115,000 customers receive the song at the same time.
The track is also available for purchase even if you haven't preordered the album, but the bulk of the songs' sales will most likely come from preorders.

I remember T Swift did something like that but her songs were actually purchased individually right? I wonder how much they'd actually sell if they were released the old fashioned way.
