Both had lots of success, but I'd say Kelly Rowland since her's was more spread out, and also she has Dilemma which was absolutely huge.

Probably Kelly but I enjoy Ciara's music more and Ciara's last album outpeaked Kelly's (#42 vs. #80). But I think they can both do well in the UK with the right promotion
