Why are you so ignorant? Racism won't go away just because you wish it would and want to pretend it doesn't exist. Even if you white people don't face it, it's a dangerous reality for blacks and other minorities everyday. So no as the young generation as much as white people want to put slavery and all other injustices they've caused in the past to make themselves feel better we still need to learn from it because it's still a very racist world where mostly privileged white people are allowed to thrive.
