A foot.
A foot can easily be replaced, all it does it lay flat to let you walk. A prosthetic foot can do that just as well. What else do you use a foot for? Picking up dirty socks because you're to lazy to bend down and use your hands?
Hands are needed to pick things up, turn things, write, etc. They are more specialized and more useful, whether or not you write/type with it.
