Same here. I just want the music. It doesn't matter to me what the album sells. Of course I want her to be successful, but the music is the most important.

Well she's still in the studio everyday. She did only a couple of months left. It sucks when you have to write most of your album and stuff.

Its imperative that i repeat myself and place emphasis on pills n potions. If not for it being relative for those that are enamored with my posting style, schedule and patterns.

Bro, with all this writing & stuff this better be the best album ever. She can't keep stalling, & you can't keep using writing as an excuse.

It's almost been a year since she's started "writing", & she's still not close to being done.

Drake took a year and a half to write Take Care and Kanye took a year and few months (while in HAWAII) to record MBDTF.

I don't know why it's such a big deal when other male rappers have taken much longer

The album is coming sometime between now and the next six months. That's really not a long time considering how quick it'll go and how quick this year has already passed by (it's July next week).

I think people are starting to become impatient. I was, until she started releasing music. Specifically when MinajMondays started.
As long as we get a single in July & the album in September, i'm ok.

& wasn't PnP made in a month? I'm pretty sure nothing on MBDTF or Take Care was created within a month & then released shortly after.

I still love PnP, but I'm just saying.

Maybe she should wrap things up because if Pills N Potions is any indication of what she delivers when she takes her time, I don't want it.

Onika already said we're getting another single before the album drops. So why are people expecting her to drop it soon? Let her take her time. She's obviously doing a lot of festivals and stuff within the next few months so...

I wasn't using the time from their last albums to their next albums. I was using how long each album took according to interviews of them talking about their albums.

Drake just said back in September that it takes him a year and a half to work on each album, and that NWTS took even longer because he decided to limit the amount of the material on the album.

Lets keep it 100, she's nervous. She has every right to be. She hyped RR up to be this masterpiece and then realized in the long-run that it wasn't.

Combine that with all the backlash she received during that time period and fast-forward to today where she's on the brink of releasing her 3rd album.

I'd be more satisfied if she simply said the album was finished but she's just making tweaks and holding it until she feels the timing is right (where she'll get the most sales).

I've never seen a fanbase complain about an artist actually taking their time for once.

I'm not in a rush for this album anymore tbh. I'm over the date, as long as she releases a few songs before the release i'll be perfectly fine. 2 more would be perfect even if they're only buzz.

2nd single and buzz single would be better But I'll rather her just release the former.

I really don't see how she's nervous. If she really wanted to come back with a bang, she would've released a more radio friendly song other than PNP. I really believe she's taking her time to back great music. She doesn't care for the charts as much as everyone is saying.
