Yeah, OK, ARTPOP was a flop. I get that. That's pretty easy to see, but not because people are sick of her. I would say she hasn't made herself visible enough outside of the Monster community. BTW (the song) got people talking, love her or hate her (and I despise the song to this day). Where is Gaga these days?
Hasn't made herself visible enough? After all those interviews and performances? After the well-publicized Roar vs. Applause mess?
OMG I was just watching Dutch TV (RTL talkshow) and they were talking about Madonna and this one lady said: "Madonna is niet meer zo hot. De jonge generaties zijn meer dol op Lady Gaga enzo." which translates to: "Madonna is not really popular anymore. Younger generations are more into Gaga and such." OMG 30 years of being a prostitute and her existence has been totally erased by Gaga.

DWUW fit with the current sound & it flopped, sorry.
DWUW did not fit the current sound as much as you think. Everything was going more indie, not R&B. Plus, DWUW could've been an actual hit if she didn't **** up the video.
Birthday flopped, I accept this. But the difference is that Katy has two huge songs, a moderate hit and a successful album. She can afford that one flop. Gags is completely over, no-one cares about her. She's an ugly flabby, toucan nosed has been at this pointttttt.
Not sure why we are always discussing Gaga's flop era when Nicki just released the biggest flop ever, Lana's album is underperforming in European markets such as Germany, Shakira is about to leave MediaTraffic despite spamming herself everywhere, Angelina was crowned an Honorary Dame of Britain (she ain't even British LOL), etc. We're all obsessed with her hihi.
I'm not kidding! Even a recent French political party referred to Madonna as "Granny Gaga". Not to mention that video Kworb posted where they ask Dutch kids to sing a Madonna song and the kids are all like: "Madonna? I don't know her but I heard she's Lady Gaga's mother".

Urban/R&B-inspired pop is back in so pls try again (Fancy, All of Me, Dark Horse, Happy, Blurred Lines, Get Lucky, etc.)
