On iTunes albums usually get released between 4 and 6 am I think.

Media Markt seems to put albums on sale 6 hours before. So from 6 PM German time.

German Amazon will have it by midnight and iTunes by 1am. I'm waiting for the iTunes edition and If I like the bigger snippets and get all the 16 tracks, I'll buy it. However, so far only Booty really impressed me (and Emotions).
