Gimme Fiction is my personal favorite. Girls Can Tell and Kill the Moonlight are both placed very high in several Top 200 albums of the 2000s lists but I prefer Kill the Moonlight. Everything they released in the oughties was pretty much great so you won't make a mistake if you start with any of those four albums (I was too lazy to listen to their last album Transference so I can't say much about that one).
