Still, there is no point in wasting your time. Look at the past, failed attempts at stans trying to break the record. Drunk in Love, Partition, G.U.Y., Applause, etc.
You break the record by having something else boosting you like controversy (Stupid Hoe, WCS, WB) or a publicity stunt (Beauty and a Beat). And, I know that breaking the record isn't the main goal, but y'all gotta believe that Billboard isn't playing around with streaming. They have ways of determining what views are legit or not. It wouldn't have been added to the Hot 100 formula if they didn't know how.
Like, a couple views per hour is great, but it is just a waste to give the video hundreds of fake views. Share the video on social media, do your part, and move on.
And I wish people would stress streaming via Spotify more. Youtube isn't the only way.
