I think she has some good songs in there, like 'Halo', but her delivery is so earnest sometimes it lacks character/personality, and that annoys me.

Beyoncé brings so much more as a singer, as opposed to a 'vocalist' in the technical sense, to songs like 'Crazy in Love' and 'Irreplaceable' than she ever has to a ballad/'downtempo' thing.
