Honestly, many people think in this way. I also worried about it, but thinking a little bit differently, I think they will be pretty close. Adele will benefit from 21 (that's all), but LP5 will be Taylor's best album for sure not only commercially but also musically.
Edit: I wrote about breaking out of comfort zone couple of times here, I don't want to repeat. But think about what her collaborators on LP5 said...
