Sure. Her achievements are phenomenal, and they surely surpass JLOs. But, she's so young into her career, it might not be the best thing to receive such an award. People might start hating her more, and I don't think she needs or wants that. She might deserve it (since jlo received it) but in the long run, I think it is better for her not to. Let her keep selling out stadiums, producing 1 million + opening weeks, every album crossing multi platinum, including singles for every era. Breaking records everytime she releases. All of her tours out grossing the next. She may have more impressive stats than the other person, but let's make the GP feel as if she deserves it. Not here for people thinking she's an overrated artist

Taylor's musical career has been more iconic and impactful than J.Lo. She doesn't have critical acclaim and sales. Taylor is the youngest AOTY winner, has won several prestigous songwriters awards, has 2 albums with million opening weeks, has solely written a critically acclaimed album, 3 critically acclaimed sold out tours, broken several chart records, 2 CMA and ACM EOTYs, has the most awarded country album in history of music etc. She's already a legend and just because she's young doesn't mean she doesn't deserve it. Sometimes having your stan goggles isn't that bad
